We had a fantastic stay in this hotel. The location in the city centre of Strasbourg was convenient, as it was close to the central train station and all the touristic sites. the staff was very helpful and professional, ensuring that all our needs were met. The cleanliness of the hotel was perfect, and the facilities provided were great. the breakfast included was a great bonus, with options to start our day off right.

Large room, clean bathroom. Early check in and late check out. Lobby was nice. That was brand-new hotel set in nice area, near to bars, many shops and the river.

The location of Citadines was superb. We were able to explore the city easily as everything was within walking distance - from the attractions to the supermarket and even the mall. The convenience was unparalleled. the kitchenette in the room was a great feature, great to prepare fresh meals for our family.

The rooms are clean and modern, with well-appointed bathrooms. The hotel also offers on-site parking, which is a bonus for those traveling by car.
There were some difficulties in locating the hotel due to recent changes in the one-way system.
